During the white truffle season in our offer we have fresh truffles, whilst for the rest of the year we sell white truffles frozen at their peak.

Truffle Honey

It contains premium Istrian acacia honey with white truffle shavings. Use it in desserts, it matches particularly well with creamy chocolate cakes, pancakes or pannacotta. It is a magnificent combina-tion with your favorite cheese.

White Truffle Spread

It contains white truffle, cheese, cream and butter. Use it as a spread or add it to other dishes. Our delicious white truffle spread is an excellent base for dips or the perfect partner to pastas and steaks. Istrian Truffle Cheese

A blend of 50% sheep’s and 50% of cow’s milk and black truffle
Full of flavor, this delicious fine cheese can be served as a cold starter along with the famous Istrian prosciutto, melted on polenta or added to sublime truffle egg scramble. The gourmets prefer it drizzled with honey.

Istrian Truffle Cow’s Cheese

100 % cow’s milk and black truffle.
In Istria we enjoy it as a starter, drizzled with the glorious Istrian olive oil or honey. It is a sublime match with polenta, gnocchi, risotto or pasta. But it just adores wine!

Salsa tartufata

A blend of mushrooms, truffle, salted anchovies, minced olives and porcini mushrooms (Penny Bun) in olive oil. This rich sauce is prepared according to our special recipe and our lifelong experience and love for truffles. Savor it in risottos, pasta dishes or even match it with other sauces. Stir it into a creamy cheese and treat yourself with a tasty snack.
